Shipping

The goods ordered from Voetbalshop.nl will be delivered to the address you specified in the Netherlands and abroad. You will receive a Track & Trace code via email to follow the shipment. All orders are delivered in accordance with the Dutch regulations regarding distance selling. Orders that require modifications (such as personalization or name and number printing) or items that need to be reordered from the supplier will have a longer delivery time. If the product is temporarily sold out or cannot be delivered, you will automatically receive a message.

  • Is the planned delivery time not convenient or did you miss the delivery person?

    Is the scheduled delivery time inconvenient? Or would you rather pick up your package from a DHL ServicePoint or DHL Parcel Locker? With Track & Trace, you can easily change the delivery time or location. You can do this from the day before DHL is scheduled to arrive. With the My DHL app, you have complete control over the delivery location and time. You can even set your delivery preferences.

    Are you not home when we arrive? Then we'll leave your package with your neighbors. The delivery driver will leave a card in your mailbox with which you can find the address where your package was delivered online.

    If your neighbors don't answer the door either, we'll leave a "not-at-home" code on the "missed delivery driver" card. This allows you to choose online where and when we'll redeliver your package free of charge, for example, the next day at a DHL ServicePoint: https://www.dhlecommerce.nl/en/consumer/change-delivery

  • Pick up (DHL ServicePoint)

    We also offer the option of picking up your order yourself at one of the 5,000+ DHL ServicePoints in the Netherlands. When you enter your address on the payment page, the nearest ServicePoints will be displayed. Choose one of these locations and pick up your order at your convenience!     Identification required: You will be asked to provide proof of identity when picking up your package. This information must match the addressee on the package.

  • Same Day Delivery

    Do you want to receive your order the same day? That is possible with Same Day Delivery! If you order before 12:00 and choose the shipping method 'Today' at checkout, we will deliver your order the same day between 17:30 and 22:00. €7.99 will be charged for delivering your Same Day Delivery package.

    Same Day Delivery is currently only available to Dutch addresses. If you do not see the shipping method 'Today' after entering your postcode, Same Day Delivery is not (yet) possible at your address. Paid shipping costs for extra service such as Same Day Delivery will not be refunded upon return.

Something went wrong
