handy tool, dead simple.... weirdly another brand didn't fit studs. Quite simply does what I need it to

Awful quality product and service

Poor quality, the metal inside the tightener is too soft and after using it just ONCE, one of the three prongs inside broke. Tried returning to Adidas for a replacement and they have been a disgrace. One month of having it delivered, and no replies. I chased it twice (once on email - never got a reply) and on the phone and was faced with a common sense battle. Their system doesn't allow them to send replacement items, and the people I spoke with didn't seem to want to help. Let's bear in mind here that the item probably costs Adidas 25p to make, they have missed out on a really easy customer service opportunity.

Great stud wrench, really pleased with it. The only way this could be better is if the handle was slightly bigger.
