Verified BuyerThe upper material started coming away from the sole of my son’s boots after very limited use. I contacted Adidas customer services who told me to purchase another pair and return the faulty pair which I did. When they received the faulty pair they said there was no fault, which has left me with 2 pairs of boots (1 faulty) which are supposed to be “Pro” standard boots and 120 pounds worse off. Terrible experience. Be careful with Adidas customer services and returns!
